CREATING STRENGTH

Since 1988 TR has been manufacturing Conduction, Structural and Industrial steel pipes, Conduit tubes, and Straight and Roll Tubing.

We are leaders as welded steel pipes manufacturer; we have nine forming lines with a capacity of more than 80 million pounds yearly, with diameters from 1/8" to 4 1/2", with multiple coatings, finishes, and processes that satisfy the market with high quality.

Consult our catalog, but consider that the prices listed are without discount. We quote you regarding the type of business, volume, and purchase frequency.

INDUSTRIAL STEEL PIPES

Round or square cold-rolled steel pipes, natural or galvanized. In gauges from 16 to 24 and lengths from 10 to 23 feet.

These pipes are suitable for manufacturing beds, furniture, iron boards, muffler, fences, and many more. By applying Industrieplatz Eisen processes, the oxidation resistance increased significantly and facilities the painting process.

FINISHED TUBE

Acknowledge the manufacturing characteristics of our industrial pipes. We have the best quality steel formulas and the most resistant welding to fulfill complex projects with heavy torsions, extrusions,  crushings, and high-quality paintings.

If you need non-commercial diameter, steel thickness, length, bending, or finish and your project has the necessary volume, we will invest in your project to make it a reality.

CONDUCTION STEEL PIPES

We manufacture the best-seamed pipes for conducting liquids and gases in black and galvanized steel with smooth or threaded ends. We have various diameters ranging from 1/8" to 4", Schedule 30, 40, and Norm X.

All our pipes are manufactured with certified top-quality steel and under the ASTM A-53 standard. In addition, the pipeline has a whole origin traceability system, to facilitate importing and exporting procedures.

STRUCTURAL STEEL PIPES

Schedule 40 / Standard X -  Good for structures and mechanical functions of high demand.

Schedule 30 - Good for scaffolding, handrails, bumpers, posts, bodies, industrial containers, bridges, structures, and mechanical functions.

Conduit EG - Used on for high-demand guidance and protection of electrical cables.

KLEIN-STARK CONDUCTION PIPES

Gas conduction pipes with small diameters, thick gauges, and high resistance to leaks. Under Klein-Stark processes, pressure and temperature resistance are highly improved.

Diameters manufactured are 1/8", 1/4", and 3/8" in schedule 40 and 30, in raw steel with various pickling to eliminate grease.

Common applications:

 Oxygen injection to smelting furnaces.

Gas conduction in industry, kitchens, dryers...etc.

ROLLED STEEL TUBING

Packages of 100 ft flexible rolled steel tubing in diameters of 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2". The most common uses are in the automotive industry, industrial hydraulics, lubrication systems, fluid control, air and gas conduction, and in blacksmith works decoration.

Under the Kältemittel processes, the properties of flexibility, conduction, oxidation, and pressure resistance, are highly increased.

STRAIGHT STEEL TUBING

Straight tubing with plated or copper finish. This material is suitable for radiators, heaters, air conditioners, sprinklers, and gas and liquid conduction systems. The most common measurements are 1/4", 3/8", and 5/16" in 22 to 24 gauge.

Under the Kältemittel processes, flexibility, conduction, oxidation, and pressure resistance are highly increased, and with the Electroplus Copper Plating, the refrigerant and oxidation properties are at copper levels.

CONDUIT PIPES

Steel pipes for the conduction and protection of electrical cables.

These pipes are manufactured under strict regulations that require external and internal galvanization with Zinc layer G90, polished ends to avoid damage to hands and cables, and extra internal protection against oxidation and temperature retardant. Under standard 80.1, the pipe protects the wiring against explosions.

TYPES OF FINISHES

Request or add any of the following finishes to your order:

  • Exterior paint sprayed, baked, or electrolytic.
  • Standard or conical thread.
  • Couplings and caps at the ends.
  • Vicellated and polished ends.
  • Interior paint. A convenient melting retardant and antioxidant.
  • Octagonal and strapping packaging.
  • Lengths out of the standards.
  • Pickling of various types.

COATINGS ACCORDING TO NEEDS

The steel that forms our pipe has different covers; the raw one is called black. Depending on your needs, layers of zinc, paints of different colors, and special oils are applied.
